    Do your products have a Warranty?

    Yes.

    From January 1, 2022 all our products have a 3-year Official Manufacturer's Warranty in Spain according to Law, in Europe too, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each manufacturer.

    Products purchased before this date, the Warranty is 2 years.

    The Warranty for Companies (not individuals) is 1 year in all cases.

    How does the Guarantee work?

    In most cases, you can manage the Warranty directly with the manufacturer.

    Instead for example, during the 2nd & 3rd year for Apple products in Spain, we must send it to the technical service. Also for certain Xiaomi or Amazfit products depending on the provider, we may have to manage it ourselves.

    Are your phones Spanish version?

    Yes.

    All our phones are Spanish or European version, it depends on our provider.
    Always with Three (3) Years official manufacturer's Warranty in Spain.

    Therefore, for Samsung phones compatible with Samsung Pay & Members in Spain.

    Or for Xiaomi phones, Global version OTA update & multilanguage including Spanish.

    Are the phones you sell free SIM?

    Yes.

    All of our phones are unlocked from factory and can be used with any carrier.

    Are Xiaomi products Global version?

    Yes.

    All Xiaomi devices are Global version, therefore they have 3-year Official Warranty from the manufacturer in Spain and throughout Europe.

    Updatable via OTA and multilanguage including Spanish and English.

    How can I divide an order with SeQura?
